"How much does shipping cost?"
The flat rate for orders for US is $9 USD. This is automatically added to your order at checkout.

If your order is $30 USD and above use code FREESHIPPING for well...free shipping!

"Do you ship internationally?"
Unfortunately, I do not offer international shipping without an expensive shipping price (ex. Shipping to Canada will cost $20 USD...YIKES!).

If you're willing to pay for that kind of shipping (kudos to you), please fill the contact form subjected "International Shipping Order." I will contact you!

"When are orders shipped?"
As of right now, I work a full-time job so processing orders will depend on a multitude of factors such as the amount I have stock and the amount of orders I have to process.

I try to have orders ready to ship on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.  In addition, due to the services I use, I am limited to 30 packages per month. If I somehow cap the limit, I will unfortunately have to delay orders. I will let you know via email if this happens.

"How long does shipping take?"
Depending on your address, shipping will take 1-3 business days.

Most orders will be shipping via USPS First Class Mailing

You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

"My order never arrived :("
Oh no!!!!

Please use the contact form and I will try my very best to help you find your package or send you a new one!

"Do you accept pick-ups?"
Generally, no.

But, if I am going to a festival/convention near you or you are attending, I can pre-package an order for you to pick-up. Please use the contact form on this site and we'll set something up!

"What payment methods do you accept?"
All order payments are processed through Stripe. Please see their payment policy to see what payment methods they accept.

"Do you accept exchanges, returns, and/or refunds?"
I do not accept exchanges so please make sure your order is correct before checking out!

I do not accept returns on all items unless it is sevearly damaged or bent.

Refunds can be requested via the contact form. Please subject your message with your order number followed by [REFUND REQUEST] (Ex. Order #123 [REFUND REQUEST]).

Refunds are only accepted in the following circumstances:
  1. The customer requests a refund for an order that has not been shipped yet.
  2. The customer's order is missing/damaged and does not want a replacement.
  3. I am not able to complete the order due to stock.

"Can you make products from ____?"
I only make things that I love/know a great deal about. There's only so much media I can consume and draw.

"What happened to the stuff from _____?"
There's only two scenarios where previous sold fanwork is pulled from the shop:
  1. The product is currently out of stock.
  2. The copyright police got me :(
"Can you make NSFW products?"
Personally, I do not draw NSFW work nor ever plan to sell it in the shop.  Misc Text Image
"What are B-grade items?"
B-grade items are just products that are not up to my standards. Nothing is wrong with them in general. I just hate for it to go to waste.

In most situations, B-grade items have:
  • Small printing and manufacturer errors such as small bends, discoloration, and dots/specs
  • Misprints
I describe the error in each B-grade product description so read carefully.

"Do you accept commissions?"

Unfortunately, no.

"Can you come to this event?"
I operate in Chicago and travel is not in the funds right now.

But if it's in Chicago (and in budget), sure! Use the contact form and message!

"Can I sell your stuff?"
At the moment, I do not do wholesale. But, if you would like to setup a pop-shop, I'm more than happy to do it! Please use the contact form and we can set something up.

Also by buying my merch, you understand that you cannot re-produce my work, turn it into NFTs, nor feed it into an AI image generator.

"Can we do a collab?"
Depending on the project size and my availability, sure! I would love to collab with local businesses and artists, especially!
